Sri Lanka Post is one of the largest state run entities in Sri Lanka. It spans across the country in an operationally branched out system. From a top level Post Master General’s office, 4 levels of sub levels could be identified as “Provincial”, “Operational”, “Administrative” and “Finance” segments.
All post office outlets come under the “Provincial” segment and branches down to 643 main post offices and 3500+ sub post offices spanning across all 9 provinces.
In this project we focused on asset management across all the operational areas at Sri Lanka Post down to the sub post office level and replaced the existing manual system.
